FR. CHRISTOPHER LITTLE, RECTOR

Fr. Little is originally from Southern California but spent 35 years in Colorado, where he graduated from Denver Seminary and later served as a hospital chaplain at Level I and Level II trauma centers, hospice and psychological wards in the Denver metro area.  After moving to to Henderson County in June 2016 with his wife Jeannine, he served as a chaplain for 5 years at CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital in Asheville.  He is officially retired from secular/chaplaincy work, but he remains passionate about our mission and the work as a pastor at St. Jude's, to which he has been called to nurture and grow.

He and Jeannine have two grown daughters, Michelle and Nicole, and five grandchildren, Annelise, Emma, Caden, Devon and Evyenia. In addition to serving as Rector at St. Jude's since 2019, Father Little is an Instructor of Theology at St. Andrews Theological College and Seminary.  He is a member of the Society of King Charles the Martyr.

Among his interests are cultural apologetics, dabbling in guitar and mandolin playing, landscaping his yard with Jeannine, outdoor sports, and enjoying his kids and grandkids with Jeannine now that they've moved to Hendersonville.
